Desserts are made in-house daily by long-time Head Baker Angie Brown, who started her career baking for the Boals family restaurants 22 years ago. The Noisy Oyster Family of restaurants has proudly participated in Meals on Wheels for at least a decade. - Their catering division, A Southern Affair Catering & Events, caters corporate events for large companies including Rick Hendrick Auto in Charleston, MeadWestvaco and more.
